When will I be auto-charged?

All our plans have a fixed number of page-views and validity. The validity of the plan is either 30 days or 365 days depending on your selection during purchase.

We auto charge you in 2 scenarios

  • When the validity of the plan expires
  • When less than 6000 page-views are left

When the validity of the plan expires

We auto-charge you after the validity of the plan expires. This can be every 30 days or 365 days depending upon depending on your plan selection during purchase.

When less than 6000 page-views are left

Sometimes few customers end up purchasing the smaller plan than required. Because of this, their website ends up consuming page-views much before the plan expires. In such cases when their account reaches less than 6000 page-views, we auto-charge them again with the same plan as purchased before.

Example

Say you purchase a plan $72 Plan which gives you 200,000 page-views valid for 30 days. Say your purchase date is 1st Jan 2021. Then your plan is valid up to 1st Feb 2021

We start accounting for your consumption. If your account doesn’t reach 6000 page-views or less between 1st Jan and 1st Feb, then you will be charged again on 2nd Feb

However, if your account reached 6000 page views before 1st Feb, then we auto-charge you for $72 and refill your account with 200,000 page views.

I wasn’t informed about this before

We always make sure to inform you about this before you purchase the plan. We have a screen included in the subscription purchase flow. This screen shows up as soon as you select a plan to purchase. Every customer must click on the “Yes, I understand and agree” button before proceeding to other steps of the purchase flow. A screenshot of the same is given below
